**The On Premise environment, such as bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality is where magic moments happen and the unexpected takes over. Red Bull has played a key role in the On Premise industry for years. To further strengthen the International On Premise Sales & Marketing Team we’re looking for an International Business Insights Specialist.**:In this role you’ll manage & support analytics and reporting projects and process them into actionable insights which enable our global field teams to be more effective and efficient in the market. You’ll partner with local markets to support the rollout of projects and act as point of contact. Being a key member of the On Premise Analytics team, you will drive Exploratory Data Analyses (EDA) and support the enhancement of existing reporting capabilities while providing 2nd level support to local key users.

- GLOBAL REPORTING USE CASES
- EXPLORATORY DATA ANALYSES (EDA) & VISUALIZATION

You’ll initiate and drive explorative data analyses with the aim to unveil actionable insights which support the strategic decision making process. Moreover, you’ll gather new requirements, align them with all stakeholders and translate them into EDA and data visualization projects.
- DATA PREPARATION & KEY USER SUPPORT

You’ll be responsible for data cleansing and structuring to ensure quality data outputs. In addition, you’ll provide training to local key-users on use of reporting and data visualizations. You’ll identify ways to simplify and automate reporting.

EXPERIENCE**

- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT)
- First experience in managing projects
- Experience with data visualisation tools and other statistical software such as R/Python is an advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem solver with can do attitude, who can present ides as practical and workable solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
- University Degree in Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Travel 10%
