**About the Role**:
For our **R&D Team** in** Graz**, we are looking for a **Market Development Analyst (M/F/d)**.
As an integral part of Magna’s product portfolio assessment process, you play an essential role in the development of a global Magna technology road map for the Car of the Future and Factory of the Future, in collaboration with the Magna Product Groups. You work on strategic projects, conduct market analysis, and contribute to the overall success of Magna's portfolio strategy.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support the **analysis** of Magna's current and future **product portfolio roadmaps**.
- Prepare **strategy materials** for Quarterly Reviews, Board Meetings, and Executive Reviews as needed.
- ** Conduct studies **and investigations on System Level product opportunities and relevant market trends for the Car of the Future growth areas.
- Monitor and update action plans for identified areas of improvement.
- ** Evaluate entry opportunities** and strategies for** new systems** within Magna.
- Identify potential partners to close gaps in product and technology competence.
- Support the development of Magna's strategic position for Corporate R&D projects and align strategies with Magna Corporate R&D and Magna Groups strategies.
- Lead Competitor Intelligence (CI) and Market Intelligence (MI) studies with internal and external parties.
**Who we are looking for**:
- ** Engineering, sales, or business development experience** in the **automotive industry**'s product or R&D segment.
- Technical aptitude to understand the global automotive engineering product portfolio.
- Proficiency in **market research studies**, business model generation, **value proposition design**, and testing business ideas.
- Proficiency in **competitive force and industry structure analysis**.
- Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, project planning and negotiation skills
- Excellent Excel skills
**Your preferred qualifications**:
- Bachelor´s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Natural Science or Business Administration field

**Site Benefits**:
