Do those numbers excite you? We are looking for an ambitious Strategic People Project Manager to get involved in a range of different upcoming projects as we continue to expand globally.

**Your tasks**:

- 5-10 years’ experience within HR, ideally playing a key role in a wide range of fundamental strategic projects.
- Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to work across all departments and levels of the business.
- Organised and precise mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and leading a group of individuals in different parts of the business within a project format.
- Self-starter, passionate, with a strong drive alongside being results orientated.

As our Strategic Project Manager at GoStudent, you will directly partner with the Chief People and Organization Officer in running the People and Organization function. Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Driving the strategic build-up of the HR function, developing a scalable, tech enabled, future-ready People and Organization Function, including the set-up of a strategic people partnering model
- In addition, driving strategic, cross-functional, People and Organization topics such as developing an employer branding strategy, supporting international expansion and M&A.
- Playing a key role in the communication and prioritization of People and Organization topics across the organization and work with leaders from all departments
- Involved in the decision-making for critical People and Organization related topics, such as implementation of certain HR technologies and other special projects
