Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
- operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Kundensupport
- Personalplanung und Führung der MitarbeiterInnen
- Betreuung des internationalen Service-Geschäfts
- Angebotserstellung für unsere internationalen Kunden
- Preiskalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der zugeteilten Ziele
- aktive Problemlösung von Kundenanfragen mit den Fachabteilungen im Kundendienst

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Know-how im Kundendienst und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
- gute Kommunikations
