**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Du erkennst Anforderungen, Bedürfnisse und potenzielle Probleme der Kunden und stellst sicher, dass sie unsere Lösung bestmöglich einsetzen und damit erfolgreich arbeiten können.
- Du setzt unsere bestehenden Customer Success Prozesse nicht nur um, sondern entwickelst sie auch weiter um unser Prinzip “Customer First” und die Qualität im Kundenservice voranzubringen.
- Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres Selfservice Centers voran.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an neuen Konzepten und Ideen mit und trägst mit deinem ständigen Einsatz massiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung bei.
- Du stehst in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sales-, Delivery-, und Development-Team.
- Du witterst jede Möglichkeit für Up
- und Cross-Selling.

**Deine Fähigkeiten**:

- Du besitzt eine technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Elektrotechnik-, Elektronik
- und/oder IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, FH).
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Kundendienst, vorzugsweise B2B.
- Du interessierst dich für Lösungen in den Bereichen Software, Hardware und Internet of Things.
- Deine Auffassungsgabe und dein „Hausverstand“ helfen dir dabei, Kundenprobleme rasch zu erkennen, zu priorisieren und zu lösen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und serviceorientiert.
- Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden liegt dir am Herzen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Proaktivität zeichnet dich aus.

Das Jahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 28.000 brutto. Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird entsprechend deiner individuellen Qualifikation und Leistung angepasst.
