**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

**General Job Description**:
Supports the project Office and Document Management (DMG) department in a wide variety of activities that include Supervising all the tasks within document management and/or records management, overseeing input of data using an electronic document management system, Aconex, within a timely and accurate manner, maintaining configuration control of project records. Responsibilities entail use of judgment and initiative within guidelines of well-defined scope; independently follows procedures, works under general supervision. May have access to confidential data. Contributes and adheres to company and department policies and objectives. Strives to maintain Bechtel’s “Zero Accident” philosophy through personal safe behavior/work practices and by being aware of surroundings and activities that may be potential safety hazards and takes steps to correct or minimize the hazards.

**Position Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and provide direction to Document Management, Records and Agency staff, including daily assignment of tasks, instruction, and evaluations of progress.
- Supports the implementation and development of Document Management work processes.
- Supports the implementation and development of records turnover and closeout processes.
- Assist in hiring process of new staff.
- Develop and train Document Management, Records and Agency staff in new processes.
- Prepares performance reviews of personnel in area of responsibility or provides input for others as necessary.
- Develops written desk instructions.
- Recognizes deficiencies in desk instructions and ensures corrections are made in a timely manner.
- May assist in development of InfoWorks training material and conduct training classes to project personnel.
- Perform procedure reviews to ensure compliance with Document Management and Records requirements.
- Troubleshoot data anomalies, and/or report discrepancies.
- Produce reports using standard office automation tools such as MS Excel and Word.
- May assemble and compile data to assist in process development.
- Maintain filing system and record copies of project documents as directed by supervisor.
- Coordinate and assist with the archival of hard copy documents, including onsite storage, in addition to preparation needs necessary for offsite storage.
- Maintain proper document configuration management in support of Engineering and Construction.
- Interface on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel providing support/responding to questions.
- Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services relevant to area of responsibility and make recommendations for work process improvements, procedures and practices.
- Provide general and technical support to project personnel in the use of InfoWorks and other software used by Document Management.
- Adjust priorities according to direction.
- Operate standard office equipment, including automation tools.
- Assign document numbers and enter related pertinent information into the EDMS as required.
