Ecommerce Product Manager

Close collaboration with IT and SPOTwork (our supply chain visibility platform) to drive global product development (top-down) based on customer journey / service blueprint as well as bottom-up (scaling of country capabilities)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration and define a Sales roadmap for ecommerce logistics with respective stakeholders on global scale.
- Building up the product offering, top-down, based on global service blueprint.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing department to spread know how, about ecommerce Logistics.
- Define and analyze the ecommerce logistics industry to set up the strategy of expansion in this field.
- Tracking of the progress of global ecommerce product deployment.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in (senior) supply chain management or e-commerce (distribution / fulfilment) logistics positions, preferably with transportation (3PL) or retailer / distributor companies
- Strong business process understanding (e-fulfilment, customer information management, order processing, inventory management, product personalization, customs clearance, customer support, etc.)
- Profound analytical and process engineering skills with demonstrated experience in designing, improving and standardizing product features
- Collaboration with corporate functions and local, country organizations to achieve goals
- Nice to have experience:

- Experience in designing and delivering digital products and services using agile methodology (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Active German
