**Your Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing performance strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the Micro segment
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities
- Harmonizing group-wide best practices, aligning payments and cards to overall Retail strategy and facilitating the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Retail payments area
- Monitoring market performance & providing input for improving the overall business development
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees

**Your Background**:

- Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in payments and cards business
- Strong understanding of Retail business in CEE Region and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
- A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group’s retail innovation area to functional excellence
- A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders
- Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage
