GROUP DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - Hotel Company (m/w/d) / Wien

Aufgaben
- Erstellung der gesamten Kampagnen-, Kommunikations
- und Performance-Strategie der Hotels in Abstimmung mit dem Geschäftsführer Marketing & Sales
- Leitung und Entwicklung der Regional Marketing Leads, sowie der zentralen Abteilungen Performance Marketing, Communications, Graphics und Group/Brand Marketing
- Planung und Verwaltung der Marketingbudgets auf Unternehmensebene und Aufsicht über die Planung und Verwaltung der Marketingbudgets auf Regional
- und Hotelebene
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Kampagnen, Key Visuals, Look & Feel von Marken und Produktwelten
- Erstellung und Koordination von ganzheitlichen Marketing-Maßnahmenplänen für die Unternehmensmarke und die einzelnen Objekte in verschiedenen Quellmärkten
- Erstellung, Planung, Durchführung & Steuerung aller zentralen und zentral unterstützten Marketingaktivitäten und -kampagnen
- Entwicklung neuer Kanäle und Key Touchpoints entlang der Customer Journey mit besonderem Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung des Medienverhaltens
- Analyse von Pick-up-Trends und Marktentwicklungen und Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers Marketing & Sales bei der Umsatzbudgetierung und -prognose
- Erstellung und Koordination von Pre-Opening-Konzepten für Neubauprojekte
- Erstellung und Koordination von Cross-Selling-/Inhouse-Marketing-Aktivitäten
- Organisation und Durchführung von Co-Marketing
- und Partnerschaftsaktivitäten
- Ständige Weiterentwicklung & Verbesserung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Werkzeugen
- Wettbewerbsanalyse und Marktforschung

Qualifikation
- 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing, u.a. mit Teamführungserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung und Marketingkenntnisse in der Hotellerie,
- Hohes Verständnis und Leidenschaft für die Tourismus
- und Gastgewerbebranche
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten, die Leitung mehrerer gleichzeitiger Projekte, die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten für sich selbst und die Teammitglieder zu setzen und einzuhalten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicherer Präsentationsstil und die Fähigkeit, zu inspirieren und zu beeinflussen
- Leidenschaft für die Führung und Motivation eines Teams (ca. 35 Kollegen)
- Kreativ
- und Innovationsgeist
- Positiv, ehrgeizig und ergebnisorientiert mit einer "Can-do"-Einstellung
