- Rekrutierst die besten Talente für dein Haus

- Stehst in einem engen Austausch mit unserem Cluster Manager Wien sowie den relevanten Abteilungen im Corporate Office
- Bist Ansprechpartner: in für unsere Gäste, externe Dienstleister: innen und Partner: innen
- Analysierst und beantwortest Gästefeedback
- Stellst effektive und effiziente Arbeitsprozesse sicher
- Setzt die vorgegebenen Standards um und kontrollierst deren Einhaltung
- Führst Tages
- sowie Monatsabschlüsse durch
- Überwachst und hältst die vorgegebenen Budgets ein
- Setzt die strategische Planung in die Tat um

**Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du**:

- Hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie und/oder ein Hotel/BWL Studium absolviert
- Bringst umfassende Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsfunktion bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Lifestyle Hotellerie / Gastronomie mit
- Bist Motivator: in und charismatisches Lead zugleich
- Bist herzlich, authentisch und loyal
- Hast eine offene und zuvorkommende Persönlichkeit
- Bist sowohl Team Lead als auch Team Player
- Hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und kannst charmant auf Gästebedürfnisse eingehen
- Beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Verfügst über grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
