**_ Alliance Brand Manager (M/F/d)_**:
**Responsibilities**
- Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
- Connect and translate information on global and product strategy provided in local and international meetings to develop local priorities
- Implementation and tracking of campaigns, initiatives and materials
- Ensuring alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between various stakeholder
- departments such as BUD, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, demand planning etc.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of the digital / online strategy and tactics to support product performance
- Ability to manage all steps of online campaign setup and implementation
- Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on digital (omnichannel) campaigns
- Developing online customer segment plans and integrating them with the brand plans
- Analyzing local (AT&CH) market and identifying online opportunities; allocating resources and managing budgets
- Ensuring the digital strategy is harmonized with overall brand plan and go-to-market models
- Accountable for continuous improvement and maintenance of our digital customer tools
- Work cross-functionally with local teams on various projects

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Higher degree (min. Bachelor’s) in business, marketing is required
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, e.g. SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, etc.
- Proven experience and a successful track record in planning and implementing and managing digital campaigns
- Experience in working in an Agile way required
- Strong personal drive and curiosity to develop the business, yourself with a commitment to serving our patients’ interests
- A passionate, curious and creative problem solver, who can look for trends and new technologies to enhance our customers’ experiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in project teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German

We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 51.600;
