This exciting and diverse position will allow you to take over responsibility for quality related topics which enables you to have an active impact on the success of our projects. In this important function, you will be in continuous exchange with relevant internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.

**Your Tasks**:

- Lead of quality and product assurance related to project activities, including the performance of project audits, documentation, and reporting
- Assessment of quality related requirements and verification that requirements are met, and processes are followed
- Quality related planning and support for the areas of product development and testing (electronics hardware and software)
- Quality support for manufacturing and serial production, including monitoring and coordination activities
- Support in customer audits, complaint management, root cause analysis as well as definition and implementation of improvement measures as an interface to customers
- Monitoring and developing suppliers, check of supplier deliveries, driving issue resolution and continual improvement

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in a field like for example electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or software development
- Several years of work experience in development and manufacturing of electronic equipment and/or hardware-related software, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry
- At least basic knowledge of and experience with quality and product assurance
- Interest in aerospace products is of advantage
- Solution-oriented and accurate style of working
- Team player with the ability to organize him/herself and to align own activities with other team members
- Excellent communication skills combined with determination and a good sense of responsibility
- Very good command of English
