**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You implement and administer established performance management procedures & practices.
- You drive state-of-the-art reporting's and analyses in order to contribute to HR transformation.
- You provide input to HR management team for decision making processes (in providing HR Reports for all kind of HR requests).
- You are delivering and providing information for MPP process, PAK as well as for Annual and Sustainability Reports
- You are responsible for setting up reporting Standards as well as new reports and databases for several projects
- You are responsible for monthly Group Reporting's, act as HR interface for Finance / Controlling and SAP HR Key User
- You support IT Systems to assure a smooth business performance (eg by providing requirements)

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance & Engineering
- You have minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- You have comprehensive understanding of all elements within own discipline
- You have broad knowledge of the business context and interdependencies
- You have strong knowledge of OMV Organization and HR instruments
- Accuracy and Analyzing strength is strongly required
