Interim Operations Finance Transformation Lead (18months FTC)
**What will I be doing?**
Our Finance team (HAFS = Hilton Accounting & Finance Services) serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As the Operations Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects related to ongoing efforts to standardise, centralise, and continuously improve Finance and Accounting business processes across the portfolio.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to help implement their business transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Support the expansion of our finance centralised operating model and hotel transition activity
- Drive and manage the on-time delivery of strategic projects, current or proposed business solutions or processes, to achieve function-wide objectives
- Drives the development of complex project/programme objectives and work plans including, the delegation of work effort and direction of cross-functional team members over multiple programme areas
- Leads implementation of programmes/processes/tools that support key business drivers within the HAFS major programme areas
- Identifies and oversees project/programme risk and issues and proposes mitigation tactics and strategies
- Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the business leadership level
- Maintains awareness of current business trends, operating conditions, and internal process and practices that have significant impact on Operations Finance
- Effectively liaises with key stakeholders post deployment to ensure best practice adoption and partner in management of issue resolution

- You may also be required to travel up to 50% of the time: Domestic and International Travel
**Preferred**:
- Experience in a GBS or Shared Service environment
- Successfully delivered large scale finance transformation and change projects
- Previous exposure to working in the hospitality industry
- Extensive functional knowledge of the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services organisation, financial systems, and processes
**Required Qualifications**
- Prolific Strategic Programme and Project Management Experience
- The ability to demonstrate Progressive Overall Experience
- Project Management or Programme Management certification (e. g. PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Six Sigma)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
