What does a Head of HR do for Prewave?
- Builds up our HR department and processes (almost from scratch)
- Develops a long
- and mid-term vision and strategy for our HR department
- Builds up our employer brand
- Develops effective recruiting strategies in a very competitive talent market (software engineers, data scientists, enterprise software sales experts)
- Helps to keep our startup team culture in a quickly growing organization
- Help us to develop strategies to develop meaningful, long lasting relationships with our existing and new team members

**Requirements**:
Must haves’
- The ability to independently develop a vision, strategy and processes
- A good knowledge of the Austrian labor laws and the willingness to also solve more tricky international contractual cases (with the help of local experts)
- Minimal 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
- A valid work permit for Austria
