For one of our clients, a fancy Boutique Hotel in the North of Slovenia, we are currently sourcing top talents in the hospitality industry. The Boutique Hotel is also running a Michelin star restaurant. Located in the beautiful area around Lake Bled, our client is known for extraordinary customer service in the hospitality industry.

Ideally starting the new role as of May 1st, we are looking for a
- **Receptionist / Front Office Manager (M/F/d)**_

**Your responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
- Respond to all questions and requests of customers in a professional way.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
- Assist other team members occasionally, if needed.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Ideally 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar capacity.
- Professional, warm, and friendly personality, attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (great phone handling skills).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Some office management experience (e.g. taking inventory) is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in (professional) English in both writing and speaking is essential.

Our client is offering you a monthly gross salary of min. EUR 2.500 (13x per year) plus bonus. Housing is offered at a very low rate (EUR 150/month) if needed, free meals are offered. 8 weeks paid holidays, working 5 days per week (40h/week). Learning &
Development programs are offered in many ways to all employees and employees participate in guest experience events or wine tastings regularly.
