Your mission
- Together with knowledgeable internal and external partners setting up a global sales forecasting and demand planning process across all 40+ Paper bags sites
- Centrally steer and organize the monthly local demand planning process independently
- Support the PB OPCO and especially the PB sales director in making the right decisions in terms of sales, capacity and raw material planning
- Plan and improve the newly established sales and paper forecasting process together with the central paper supply department

**Profile**:

- University degree in economics with strong analytical focus
- 2-5 years of professional experience either in supply chain management or sales, preferable already handling Sales & Operations Planning processes in a production company
- Very good English skills
- Experience in data analytics, sales forecasting and statistics, SAP (ISCA) and MS Excelor willingness to develop these skills on the job
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % (if necessary), especially in the first 1-2 years during process roll-out
- Strong communication and presentation skills, experience to work in an matrix environment
