**Platform Demand Manager (f/m/d)**

**YOUR TASKS**

As Platform Demand Manager you are responsible for inspiring, driving and coaching your team members on the platform in managing and delivering according to the demands of technical and functional requirements with focus on delivery and fulfillment. In this way you make a significant contribution to the functionality and further development of the entire Allianz group.
- You will define structures for collection and implementation of technical and functional requirements and guide your team so that there is a holistic backlog in the requirements management tool, as well as deriving needed IT capacities.
- Therefore, you will work closely together with responsible IT team leads and project leads on the platform.
- You will participate in regular prioritization, review existing backlog, and provide priorities of technical requirements.
- You identify technical dependencies to business and technical requirements, projects, and other intents on the platform.
- You will manage technical change requests on the scope together with project and program managers as well as functional domain leads.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- For this position, you have a completed degree in IT and have 5+ years working experience in a comparable position with a technical background.
- You are passionate about collaborating with different teams and demonstrating a strong motivation to develop platform delivery processes as well as your role itself.
- You have a great understanding of driving agile and multi-cultural teams combined with technical knowledge to compare and evaluate the efficiency of solutions.
- Due your outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills, you drive our teams to new heights.
- You are highly motivated, not afraid of getting things done and fluent in English, with good skills in German as well.
