**RGM MANAGER CENTRAL EUROPE**

**Preferred location: Vienna / alternatively Budapest, Zurich, Prague, Warsaw**

**What You’ll Do For Us**
- Proactively and collaboratively work across the Coca-Cola Company to support the **design and implementation of** **integrated RGM strategies and plans** in close and full cooperation with the Coca-Cola Company Bottling Partners **in multiple markets of Central Europe**, ensuring Revenue growth and Margin expansion for the Coca-Cola System.
- Cross-functional and cross-market RGM strategy integration, acting as **key contact for RGM strategies** for all relevant stakeholders in the territory (Franchise GMs, Commercial, Marketing, Strategy and Finance functions, Bottling Partners) - **ensuring that RGM strategies and all key commercial activities are ‘in sync’.**:

- Constantly support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better **targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers and Customers)** inclusive of **revenue pools**, driving **bold OBBPC approaches**, and optimal assortment through SKU optimization and innovation for online/offline channels.
- ** Understand, analyze and connect all key RGM drivers related to business performance** and **identify and leverage all key consumer-centric & customer-relevant value propositions** that will drive adoption and scale**, leading all aspects of the strategic RGM initiatives** inclusive of outlet and shopper segmentation, value to market, and execution (to ensure integrated system execution).
- ** Own end-to-end RGM 10-steps framework** and partner with the network Coca-Cola System partners to **deliver plans** that are embedded in the Annual Business Plans of any specific market.
- ** Build the RGM capabilities across territory**, closely aligned with the Commercial team, Bottling partners, local Operations and local network team. Lead RGM curriculum and ensure tools deployment within the territory.
- ** Participate on cross-functional teams **on high-visibility projects and systems developments.

**Work Focus**
- This role requires **proven RGM understanding**, as well as highly developed **strategic thinking and business analytics skills**, combined with the **ability to make complex business concepts understandable and compelling**.
- Solid understanding of **Coca-Cola** **System business fundamentals** and **drivers of growth/value** across a range of markets and business dimensions, **advanced commercial finance** skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively **build partnerships and influence stakeholders and decision making** at all levels of an organization; **ability to move from analytics to insights to action**, to ensure that RGM strategies and plans are fully owned by GMs and in line with OU strategy.
- To be successful the RGM role needs strong **communication and collaboration skills** as well as **highly developed project management, business development and negotiation skills** with experience in driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- ** Advanced analysis of strategic choices, priorities and implications** for the business, as well as strong understanding of a broad set of business issues, market, trade and competitive environment.
- Ability to **use appropriate RGM tools and techniques** (with clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various techniques) to plan, secure resources for, manage, assist and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage resources to ensure that RGM system initiatives get done in full and in time.

- and specific business opportunities, advanced strategic analysis, priorities and plans to the Business Unit and Commercial and other functional leadership teams and other Senior Management.
- ** Coca-Cola System**: Communication and alignment of key strategic RGM initiatives as well as market
- and business environment drivers, Coca-Cola System strategic direction/ priorities and performance with Bottler senior leaders

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- ** +/-5 years of leadership experience** in RGM or Commercial planning and commercial execution with strong skills in RGM, Segmentation, Value To Market, Innovation and Channel strategy.
- Proven **Strategic and Analytical Skills** as well as strong **influencing skills**.
- ** Ability to think from planning to execution** and solid **commercial and marketing management**.
