Als **Praktikant*in im Digital Project Management** unterstützt du unsere Projektmanager*innen und sammelst Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement.

Du bist Teil eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams und arbeitest eng mit Software Entwickler*innen daran, Kundenanforderungen umzusetzen. Außerdem schulst du Kund*innen in unserer Job Board Engagement Plattform und informierst sie über Branchentrends.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der **Projekt Koordination** (intern und extern)
- Unterstützung bei **Kunden Calls und Messages**
- Unterstützung bei der **Definition von User Stories und Management des Backlog**
- Unterstützung in der Erstellung von** Dokumentationen** (intern und extern)
- Erste Erfahrung in das **Sprint Planning** inklusive der Definition des Sprint Backlogs
- Enge **Zusammenarbeit **mit dem **Team Lead **und **Tech Lead **hinsichtlich der technischen Machbarkeit und Risiken
- Arbeiten im **Backend** um Konfigurationen zu setzen
- ** Testen** der Deployments auf Staging und Produktiv Seiten
- Technische Ausbildung oder **Interesse an Online-Technologien**
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit **Office Tools **(Excel, Word, Powerpoint) und der Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- ** Teamfähigkeit**
- Hervorragende **Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse**
- Erfahrung mit Google Analytics and SEO ist ein Plus
