**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In order to advance our business in the thriving and developing markets in Europe we are looking to hire a Regional Finance Manager. FD Executive expert/VP for VP of HUB Europe to support business activities, optimize costs, ensure profitability of TCA SR projects, including, but not limited to neighbor countries within HUB EU with SE presence. The tasks are also to push bundlinge of support services in mentioned territories/countries, ensure efficiency of overall presence and set up, compliance with local tax legislation, where local language might be a great benefit, so as knowledge in product portfolio, customers and market specifics.

**How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting countries in defining country strategies in alignment with Business Development head and Regional Hub management
- Providing consistent set of analysis and other material as well as supporting and driving key measures required to develop businesses and countries’ growth and profitability improvement across the hub (e.g., In Country Value, corporate programs, Country concepts, growth plans, supporting Branch topics)
- Conducting strategic analyses for a broad range of regional topics (i.e., financial aspects of market and competitors' analyses, analyses of strategic action fields)
- Actively supporting the Hub Management throughout the financial closing and Budget/FC process involving analysis of financial statements and commentary on monthly business developments
- Providing financial analyses, shaping the region’s business strategies, driving their implementation as well as ,coordinating and supporting in execution of Carveouts and/or M&A projects
- Engaging in interdisciplinary project groups, to improve existing processes and introduce new ones (e.g., shaping the performance of controlling in the region)
- Supporting the VP Finance in various internal and external meetings with presentations and material, detailed preparation, de-brief and follow ups
- Actively steering the business development by preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for internal as well as external stakeholders

**What You Bring**
- Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical capabilities as well as assertive when dealing with complex problems;
- Conceptual thinker and strategic mindset, ability to define tangible concepts as well as strong personal commitment with a convincing, goal-oriented and self-driven personality
- Fluent in English and Russian;
- Broad understanding of the market in Central Asia and Caucasus CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan);
- Experience of working with senior management and senior level clients, preferably at Board level;
- Knowledge of accounting (knowledge of ex CIS countries accounting standards would be an advantage), good knowledge of SAP as well as experience with IFRS and revenue recognition in project business is a plus
- At least 5 years of proven track record of successfully managing large & complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- 5-10 years of work experience in a selection of finance functions in the fields of performance controlling, accounting, financial audit, Mergers & Acquisitions, commercial sales and commercial project management;
- Masters in finance from an accredited university or equivalent studies.
