**A Snapshot of Your Day
In order to transform SE into an integrated energy & technology company being the energy transformation leader, Region Europe is seeking to hire a Regional Executive Expert for HUB Europe Business Development, who as a leader is versatile and creative with the ability to work in a fast, lean and agile way. You'll be an integral part of our team that will drive and lead our field sales team during a challenging transformation period. This function will focus on driving the energy transition in Turkey and Central Asia and support for HUB Europe across customer verticals, developing concepts and solutions for customers across the region and SE portfolio, ensure growing and attractive cross-BA ales pipeline of TCA SR projects, including, but not limited to neighbor countries within HUB EU with SE presence, to build up the efficient lean cross-country Team.

**How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proactively drive the SE EU Business Development process leading by example and promoting our values;
- Create and assure full transparency of respective Countries, establishing the Go-to-Market channel cross the entire SE organization;
- Build the team within the Sub Region, support and drive the learning path of the team;
- Challenge the sales experts, help to develop strategies and review success against budgets set with BAs;
- To establish Government Affairs framework for entire Subregion, considering market and country specifics;
- Responsible to implement the hub sales strategy in the Sub Region;
- Responsible to implement the relevant Sales activities in the different stages, as defined by the Go-To-Market and by the Region: conduct and lead PM05 and PM10, drive lead management and opportunity development, handover to Division etc.
- Act as a Siemens Energy key representative in the Sub-Region through proximity to customers and BAs;
- Develop new growth areas and establish new customer segments to increase the business opportunities and pipeline of SE in the Region
- Collaborate with the other functions in the Market & Business Development team, within the EU countries and within the different BAs
- Transform and focus the mindset of the organization on solutions (rather than products) by developing a process/solution-driven mindset in the team, and translating the proposed holistic solution to the customer to our cross-Division/SGRE portfolio
- Providing consistent set of analysis and other material as well as supporting and driving key measures required to develop businesses and countries’ growth and profitability improvement across the hub (e.g., In Country Value, corporate programs, Country concepts, growth plans, supporting Branch topics)
- Conducting strategy analyses for a broad range of regional topics (i.e., financial aspects of market and competitors' analyses, analyses of strategic action fields)
- Providing financial analyses, shaping the region’s business strategies, driving their implementation as well as, coordinating and supporting in execution of Carveouts and/or M&A projects
- Engaging in interdisciplinary project groups, to improve existing processes and introduce new ones
- Supporting the VP Europe in various internal and external meetings with presentations and material, detailed preparation, de-brief and follow ups
- Actively steering the business development by preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for internal as well as external stakeholders

**What You Bring**
- Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical capabilities as well as assertive when dealing with complex problems;
- Conceptual thinker and strategic mindset, ability to define tangible concepts as well as strong personal commitment with a convincing, goal-oriented and self-driven personality
- Broad understanding of the market in Central Asia and Caucasus CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan);
- Experience of working with senior management and senior level clients, preferably at Board level;
- Masters in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent studies. Master of Business Administration is a plus
- Superb leadership and team qualities; You should be versatile, creative, lean, agile, fast and will pro-actively get into the details and work in a hands-on way.
- 5+ years of direct experience in the energy oil, gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry with a strong Sales background, incl. customer engagement on senior level. A proven track record of successfully managing large & complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Deep understanding of the Turkey, Central Asia, Caucasus Countries and European Energy landscape and industry, with emphasis on decarbonization topics
- Process/solution knowledge/training is a plus
- Conceptual problem solver and strategic approach combined with hands-on mentality; ability to define tangible concepts and business cases which take risks and feasibility of
