As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our team as Chief of Content for Executive Education.

The Chief of Content will serve as the academic head of our executive education division, overseeing the development and implementation of a diverse and engaging curriculum designed to meet the unique needs of our participants. This role requires an individual with a strong background in academia, as well as practical experience in corporations and/or as a management consultant.

Tasks
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the executive education division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative open and tailored programs (online recorded, online live, and onsite) globally
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, making data-driven decisions to improve and evolve our offerings
- Actively search for, engage, and motivate new and existing faculty/instructors, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of educators who are passionate about delivering exceptional executive education experiences
- Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and other stakeholders to design and deliver engaging and relevant content
- Oversee the content creation process, including video recordings and editing, ensuring high-quality and engaging multimedia materials that enhance the learning experience
- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment strategies, including examinations and other evaluation methods, to measure participant progress and the effectiveness of the executive education programs
- Manage and maintain accreditations with professional bodies, associations, and government institutions, while actively pursuing new partnerships to enhance the credibility and reach of our executive education programs
- Establish partnerships with other organizations and consultants to enhance the learning experience for our participants
- Representation at webinars, conferences and networking events, showcasing our executive education programs and expanding our reach
- Hands-on involvement in creating and editing content, presentations, and learning materials, while ensuring the effective utilization and management of the learning management system for seamless program delivery
- Manage and lead the team of employees and freelancer pool, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and exceptional performance in delivering outstanding executive education experiences
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in Business, Education, or a related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporates, academia and/or executive education
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and program management
- Strong track record of practical experience in organizations and/or as a consultant
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Passion for lifelong learning and professional development
