Um den unternehmerischen Erfolg langfristig zu sichern und weiter auszubauen, suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n und engagierte/n Senior Consolidation Manager (f/m/d).

Aufgaben
- Hauptverantwortlich für Konsolidierung und Konzernabschlusserstellung nach IFRS (Haupttätigkeit)
- Fallweise Mitarbeiter bei der Bilanzierung nach UGB/IFRS
- Unternehmens
- und Beteiligungsbewertung, gemeinsam mit internen Beteiligungsmanager: Innen und externen Berater: Innen
- Mitarbeit bei Prüfungsausschüssen börsennotierter Unternehmen
- Mindestbesteuerung nach Pillar II (Group Tax Reporting)
- Mitarbeit der Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung (CSRD), gemeinsam mit der ESG-Stabstelle
- Sonderprojekte im Finanz
- und Beteiligungsbereich
- Schnittstelle zu Portfoliounternehmen, externen Berater: Innen und Wirtschaftsprüfern: Innen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Rechnungswesen/Controlling oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und Bilanzierung im Konzernumfeld oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen
- Hohes Fachwissen im Bereich Konsolidierung, Bilanzierung nach UGB sowie IFRS, IFRS-Lehrgang wünschenswert
- Unternehmerisches Denken, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamplayer, starke Affinität zu IT- und Finanzprozessen
- Analytische, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität, operative Stärke
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
