The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Human Resources Coordinator focused on Learning**

**Exciting projects include**:

- Administrative recording, preparation and follow-up, control and preparation of all training-relevant topics
- Planning, development and partial implementation of all internal and external training courses
- Identification of training needs in cooperation with the department heads
- Preparation of development plans and support for implementation

**Helpful experience and know-how**:

- Great interest in training / personnel development
- Knowledge of the upscale hotel or catering industry is advantageous
- Communication strength and expressiveness
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language (other foreign languages are advantageous)
- valid work permit for Austria
- An organized and structured way of working
