If YES we want YOU to join our Retail Risk Management team as Credit Risk Specialist for Consumer LoansRetail Risk Management is an essential function at Erste Bank, responsible for innovating and maintaining risk systems, processes, and loan approval criteria for both private and micro-business customers. This team proactively manages our retail loan portfolio, allowing us to maximize opportunities while minimizing risk.
Your Tasks- Digitalize our credit risk and lending processes for consumer loans to foster customer accessibility and transparency
- Eliminate manual effort and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize loan approval criteria to reflect our risk/return appetite and ensure a wealthy consumer loan portfolio
- Improve the automatic processing and usage of transactional data in loan origination processes
- Work in cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize product features and enhancements that meet customer-, business- and risk-objectives
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices
- University degree preferably in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field
- Experience in Risk Management and/or Product Management, ideally in the financial services-, payments- or eCommerce industry
- Familiar with consumer loan portfolio management, agile methodologies as well as product development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Fluent in German and English
