To do this you will…_ - Translate business goals into specific platform requirements. - Manage incidents, problems, and service requests within ServiceNow. - Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and platform logic to meet our needs. - Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to ServiceNow. - Work with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. - Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and procedures. - Identify opportunities for process improvement. - Manage ServiceNow environments, including planning deployments.
