As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Managing several key corporate clients - Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management - Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business - Manage daily client enquiries pertaining to the management of their risk and insurance programs, including claims - Identifying development opportunities for designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions - Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business - Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and follow-up documentation with clients - Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client - Providing mentorship to support staff **How this opportunity is different** We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. Key requirements include: - Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities - Extensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients - Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutions - Experience in handling large claims - Excellent cross selling abilities - Experience dealing with global insurance market centres including Lloyd’s - A high level of understanding of client profitability - A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development - Exceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients - Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point products - A high degree of resilience and an outcome focused approach.
