You will tackle complex challenges and solve critical issues across modern SaaS applications and public cloud environments like AWS. Click play, on your career today ### **What you will do:** - **SaaS System Administration - **a set of applications are assigned to each IT System Administrator at Easygo and they oversee: Provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customisation, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics. - **Scripting and Automation** - performing ad-hoc coding (or low/no-coding) and integrating with APIs and seeking to improve how systems at Easygo interact with each other in a cohesive way that suits the requirements of the business. - **On-premise Infrastructure** - install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in on-premises environments, ensuring they are secure and running efficiently. Where necessary and applicable, maintain and monitor the company's LAN, WAN, and corporate VPN networks to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance. Plan and execute upgrades to hardware and software systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - **System Security** - coordinate with the Security Team and assist in implementing security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorised access and cyber threats, and in coordination with the specialists in the cybersecurity team. Ensure all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and escalate non-conformities when they are discovered. - **Technical Support** - providing level-3 technical support when required to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving complex problems promptly. - **Backup and Recovery** - manage data backup solutions, ensuring regular backups are performed and data can be recovered in the event of a failure. - **Documentation** - maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and security protocols. - **Project Management** - assist in various IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies. ### **What you will bring:** - Prior experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator role, with proven skills in administering IT systems - SaaS applications, Public Cloud and IT Projects - in a busy environment. ### **Bonus points if you also have:** - **Prior experience in iGaming or Casino** - with an understanding of the typical requirements covering IT, platforms, applications and cybersecurity challenges specific to this sector. - **Bachelor’s degree **- in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - **Certifications** - IT or Cloud certifications will be looked upon favourably, including demonstrated proficiency and skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare, Google Workspace or Google Cloud (GCP) and other platforms. **Some of the perks of working for us:** - EAP access for you and your family - Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform - Paid volunteer day - Two full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea, fresh juices and smoothies for FREE - FREE daily catered breakfast - Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this - Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays - Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles - 'Help Yourself' Cold Drinks Fridges and massive Snack Walls on every working level
