### Job description Join our** Ear, Nose & Throat **team as a **Territory Manager** in **Sydney, NSW.** **About Stryker** Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better. Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 100 million patients annually. **The role** As a Territory Manager for ENT, you will work to grow Stryker's business in hospitals and surgeon practices all over NSW, by building strong customer partnerships, providing clinical expertise during surgical cases, and demonstrating Stryker's long-term commitment to improving patient outcomes. This role will involve a mix of clinical peri-operative support and business development/territory building activities to drive sales growth. **Who we want** **Hard-working winners. **Confident, competitive and results-oriented salespeople who create a track record of success. **Persuasive influencers. **People who understand market positioning and can use their relationship skills and depth of knowledge to secure buy-in, cooperation, and loyalty. **Teammates. **Partners who listen to ideas, share thoughts and work together to move the business forward. **Mission-driven salespeople. **Fiercely intense representatives who work whatever hours necessary to live out their purpose of changing people’s lives and making healthcare better. **What you will do** - As a Sales Representative, you work strategically to promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet our customers’ needs - Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory. - Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process - Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with Surgeons and Key-Opinion-Leaders - Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory - Thrive in our fast-paced environment and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better **What you need** - 3+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals (preferred) - Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales - Demonstrated proficiency in providing complex clinical product support to Surgeons and Nursing staff (preferred) - Relationship savvy with a solid understanding of how to sell in the healthcare setting - Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals - Self starter with a strong sense of creativity and innovation - Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas **What We Offer** - A winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results. - Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients. - Ability to discover your strengths, follow your passion and own your own career. - A development-oriented culture that will prioritise your growth. - A competitive remuneration package that rewards success. - Great company perks including but not limited to an onsite gym, paid parental leave schemes, wellbeing and volunteer days etc.
