Avant is focused on delivering greater value through rapidly expanding services for medical practices to order to grow and manage their practices more efficiently. **About the role:** We’re looking for BDM to join our team This role will be a key driver in helping to achieve our growth ambitions by engaging with doctors, practice owners, practice managers and key healthcare professionals to understand their business. A naturally curious problem solver, you’ll assess the needs of potential clients and propose PracticeHub as a solution when there is an alignment (when the platform suits the clinic's needs). You’ll be highly organised and capable of developing and managing a sales pipeline, seeking new opportunities and prospects, nurturing contacts to develop productive relationships. This role works cross functionally internally, advocating for clients to ensure the best ongoing experience – this includes working with marketing and customer service teams. Developing an understanding of the benefits the PracticeHub platform regarding client's needs will be key in fulfilling this role successfully. This includes being able to conduct product demonstrations and orchestrate internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for potential clients. **Key responsibilities:** - Understand the needs of doctors and practice business owners through effective discovery and needs assessment. - Qualify the decision-maker with a consultative sales approach and communicate our value proposition. - Offer solutions that meet the specific needs of customers and align with their business objectives. - Provide product demonstrations to potential customers in collaboration with product SMEs - Develop and manage the sales pipeline. - Prospect for new doctors’ practices within our target markets and new verticals, including attending industry events - Support the onboarding process for new customers, as required - Coordinate and maintain the update of prospective, new, and existing customers in the database. - Cross-refer to other businesses within Avant for tailored practice products and services. - Support the communication of new content and features. **Requirements:** - Experience in sales, preferably in primary care, pharmacy, allied health or dental sectors. - Passion for understanding practice needs and a strong understanding of practice settings and pain points. - Experience in solution-based selling and identifying customer needs. - Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience with a drive to exceed customer expectations. - Strong stakeholder and relationship management ability with excellent communication skills. - Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
