Senior Business Development Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Business Development Manager für unsere Abbott Diagnostics Division in Österreich.
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau von Beziehungen auf Führungsebene und deren Nutzung zur Förderung profitabler Umsätze und zum Schutz des Basisgeschäfts.
- Strategische Planung sowie Beratung unserer Großkunden, z. B. Laborketten.
- Generierung von Wertschöpfung für uns und unsere Kunden, z. B. durch die Realisierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Diagnostikbranche mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Aufbau von Beziehungen auf Führungsebene.
- Kenntnisse in der Gesundheits- und Diagnostikbranche, z. B. sich ändernde Marktdynamik, Hauptkonkurrenten, Terminologie, Herausforderungen.
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Gewinnung von Verträgen für große, komplexe Kunden.
- Fähigkeit, die Aktivitäten von Teammitgliedern zu beeinflussen (ohne direkte Berichtsbeziehung).
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der wichtigsten Stakeholder und der Kundendynamik.
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher und gute Englisch Kenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zu häufigen Reisen, d. h. durchschnittlich drei Tagen pro Woche.
