Job Title: Director of IT

The Director of IT is a key member of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited team, responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Information Technology and Audio Visual environment within the hotel or hotels they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data regulations, network security compliance and regulations, and end of life management and planning.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to IT and Audio Visual, including budget planning, task management, and lifecycle management.
  • Vendor Relationship and Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT and Audio Visual services.
  • MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines Enforcement: Ensure compliance with MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines.
  • Business Requests and Strategy Management: Manage business requests and strategy for IT and Audio Visual services.
  • Innovation and Local Solution Management: Develop and implement innovative solutions for IT and Audio Visual services.
  • Executive and Operations Meetings: Attend executive and operations meetings to discuss IT and Audio Visual matters.
  • Cyber Security and Compliance Management: Manage cyber security and compliance for IT and Audio Visual services.
  • Internal and External Audit and Compliance Management: Manage internal and external audits and compliance for IT and Audio Visual services.

The Director of IT is the main technical interface between the hotel operations and the corporate function of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited.

The Director of IT responsibilities are generally separate from the hotel(s) IT Support team and should be available weekdays for escalation, colleague engagements, and corporate IT critical tasks or follow-up.
