Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our international sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing growth, development, and training of new and existing PM-International team partners, as well as expanding field sales volume in the responsible country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to conduct business opportunity meetings, business presentations, and other events to identify potential field leaders and develop field leadership.
  • Conduct telephone calls and zoom calls to conduct business presentations and workshops for businesses further away.
  • Work together with the local team and report to the Chief Sales Officer Europe.
  • Support the existing database to increase their field sales volume.
  • Conduct business opportunity training sessions for potential recruits and existing team partners.
  • Adapt to the PM-International proven working method and bring it into the field.
  • Be a PM-International Ambassador both regarding the products and the opportunity.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for sales with consolidated experience in the field.
  • Be result-oriented and motivated to develop the country.
  • Be a team player with an innovative mindset, eager to lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team.
  • Be fluent in English and German languages.
