PDL/Pflegedienstleitung Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PDL/Pflegedienstleitung to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care facility and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with our company's policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services provided
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie die Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege, davon mindestens zwei Jahre in leitender Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Altenpflege und Pflegedokumentation sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse älterer Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfreude und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zur Umsetzung moderner Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepte
