Job Summary

As a key member of our Chromatography and Mass-Spec Division, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leadership professional to lead our Chromatography Consumables Sales team across the DACH region and North Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving bookings and revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing business processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial leadership to the Chromatography Consumables Sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, driving growth and market share increase.
  • Build and implement business processes and procedures to increase customer happiness and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Align with the Commercial Manager on forecasting, QBR, and financial topics.
  • Drive territory and product mix performance, implementing corrective and growth measures as needed.
  • Assist dealers in developing and maintaining markets and customers.
  • Supervise sales forecast and delivery, working closely with Regional Leads for Sales, Sales Support, and Regional Marketing.
  • Produce and deliver an Annual Sales Plan in line with Regional requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Multi-faceted commercial business experience, with a strong background in channel management or direct sales.
  • Familiarity with commercial sales and marketing tools to capture and understand the market.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Analytical Chemistry/Chromatography technical knowledge.
  • Fluency in German and English.
