Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Concept Creative to join our team in Salzburg, Vienna, or Berlin. As a Concept Creative, you will be responsible for mastering brand activation concepts and innovative ideas within a creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of brands, their role in society, and how their culture and business must be relevant for consumers at each step along the customer journey.
  • Stay enthusiastic about social media and digital technology, culture-savvy regarding popular culture shifts and trends, and up-to-date with new entertainment formats.
  • Convert ideas into creative concepts and texts for online campaigns and activities (social media, video, web, etc.) for existing customers and present them in pitch-perfect presentations.
  • Collaborate with a creative team to think up and draft storyboards and accompany the implementation.
  • Define campaign and content ideas, roll-outs, and how they come to life on social media and beyond.
  • Create presentable decks.
  • Work with creative production departments (design, photo, video) to bring ideas to life in a collaborative process.
  • Analyze trends and interpret insights from your analyses to drive ideas and insights for our brands.
  • Be a self-starter who is always willing to learn new things and push boundaries proactively.
  • Have a solution-driven and hands-on working mindset.
  • Be a source of inspiration for coworkers and clients alike and bring your inputs to both proactively.
  • Have a deep understanding of how to own and convey a concept or project creatively.
  • Be a team player on all levels of professional interaction and beyond.
  • Carry yourself in a way that conveys your senior status to clients and coworkers alike.
  • Media background and editorial/videographic experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in German in both writing and speaking and excellent English language skills.
