Job Title: CRM Executive

At Entain, we're seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll be responsible for executing local communications and promotions plans for our bwin products, ensuring alignment with our global brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute Germany CRM plans for all products (Sports, Casino, and Poker)
  • Design and implement communication strategies to achieve KPIs
  • Develop and execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions
  • Analyze campaign results, focusing on continuous improvements
  • Create and implement content in email, inbox messages, push, and other channels
  • Work closely with internal parties to execute the CRM plan
  • Utilize multiple CRM tools for executing campaigns via different channels
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Native German speaker
  • Excellent knowledge of sports
  • English speaker
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills
