E2E Customer Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E2E Customer Process Specialist to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our global process improvement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our end-to-end (E2E) Value Chain process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to address behavioral and system aspects of the value chain, while establishing governance to ensure ongoing oversight and optimization.
- Execute and analyze data from customer satisfaction surveys, acting as a liaison between the CRM and Sales departments to conduct related analyses.
- Support the implementation of key processes in our CRM and ERP systems, and drive change management initiatives to ensure their success.
- Build or enhance Power-BI dashboards and run relevant data analysis to support the E2E Value Chain process and customer satisfaction survey globally.
- Provide support material (live trainings, step-by-step-tutorials, etc.) to ensure successful Sales processes.
- Strong experience in operational CRM management, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with S4 HANA, O9 SCM tools, or other reporting tools related to Power BI will be an asset.
- Proficient/Fluent in English, with any other language considered an asset.
- Good understanding of the refractory business and ability to engage with Sales and understand roadblocks and suggestions for the E2E Value Chain implementation.
- A few years of relevant professional experience working with technical marketing and/or sales processes and/or data analysis.
