About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Engineer to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our Services Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics support plans, analyzing supply chain requirements, and ensuring the availability of spare parts and other logistical resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics support plans in collaboration with the engineering team
  • Analyze and forecast supply chain requirements to ensure the availability of spare parts and other logistical resources
  • Perform detailed analyses to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems
  • Create and update technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs
  • Evaluate new designs and modifications for their impact on logistical support and maintenance
  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to support effective maintenance planning
  • Calculate Life Cycle Costs to predict and reduce the total cost of ownership

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Passion for developing efficient, testable, scalable, and well-documented rules
  • Being detail-oriented, with an analytical, solution-focused approach
