In this position, you will take charge of executing Red Bull's Quick Commerce initiatives across our global partners (e.g., Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero). Your main objective will be to manage the implementation of our partnerships in the top 25 markets worldwide.
By working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will ensure the flawless execution of Red Bull's mobile store on key grocery and restaurant delivery platforms. You will also strategize and coordinate retail media campaigns across our international partners. Your insights into shopper behavior will be instrumental in enhancing Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy, with the ultimate goal of leading the Energy Drink sector in this rapidly expanding market.
Role ResponsibilitiesCONTRIBUTE TO THE GLOBAL QUICK-COMMERCE STRATEGY AND BOOST ONLINE SALES
As an International eCommerce Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Red Bull's global eCommerce vision and strategy. You will actively participate in developing Red Bull's digital sales capabilities worldwide, crafting innovative solutions to assist local markets in overcoming their unique challenges.
MANAGE INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS
You will serve as the primary liaison for our global Quick Commerce partners. Supported by the global eCommerce manager, you will be tasked with achieving ambitious sales goals with our key account partners. Furthermore, you will identify, acquire, and nurture new partnerships with emerging platforms.
LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL E-COMMERCE TEAMS
Collaboration will be key as you work with international and local market stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing (Brand and Advertising), On-Premise Sales, and Trade Marketing. You will identify and spearhead initiatives to deliver innovative solutions that address business challenges.
ENSURE OPTIMAL MOBILE STORE EXECUTION
In close partnership with brand marketing, category management, and trade marketing, you will develop top-tier mobile-optimized content and oversee In-App implementation. Your guidance and support will be essential in enhancing search visibility and maximizing Red Bull's presence on Quick Commerce applications.
OVERSEE RETAIL MEDIA, PERFORMANCE MARKETING & DATA ANALYSIS
You will design, monitor, and manage our global performance marketing strategies. Collaborating with our Quick Commerce partners, you will establish data reporting systems aimed at enhancing our in-app retail media performance and driving conversions.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience with global brands (preferably in the FMCG/CPG sector) or leading eCommerce firms, focusing on sales and marketing.
A strong background in eCommerce is highly desirable.
Proven experience in performance marketing, media buying, and developing activation plans that effectively drive conversions.
Exceptional strategic thinking skills coupled with a hands-on approach, demonstrating the ability to build initiatives from the ground up.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex business challenges into actionable strategies.
Ability to influence and lead diverse internal stakeholders, including senior executives.
Awareness of cultural differences and proficiency in effective communication within international teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
Additional InformationIn compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position as €2,229 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market rates and significantly exceeds this minimum.
