Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Cash Flow and Working Capital Management
    • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
    • Optimize cash flow and working capital management processes.
  • Internal and External Audits
    • Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
    • Comply with financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and UGB/HGB.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 6-8 years of experience in a leading financial role in a similar-sized organization.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • German at native speaker level and advanced knowledge of written and spoken English.
