Join Our Team as a Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing financial reports, providing insights to stakeholders, and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including monthly and yearly statements
  • Providing support to the team and ad-hoc requests from different departments
  • Managing and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
  • Applying impact-driven storytelling techniques to effectively convey insights and implications to stakeholders
  • Working on international projects to ensure consistent and excellent financial reporting practices globally
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in economics or a related field, with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or comparable education background
  • Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Accounting, or Auditing, with a strong background in data visualization and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
  • A sharp analytical mind, a hands-on mentality, and a strong affinity for IT
  • Fluency in English, with German being an advantage
