About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Post-Acquisition Management Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our further transformation, engaging our people, and giving direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to integrate acquired businesses and drive growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to drive business value.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on post-acquisition management strategies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Extraordinary financial and analytical skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- A few years of relevant working experience in transactional services (in a consulting role).
- Working experience within the refractory industry or related industrial areas is an advantage.
