About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Post-Acquisition Management Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation through strategic integration and transaction services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective integration strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide expert advice on transaction services, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Extraordinary financial and analytical skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with German, Mandarin, or other languages considered an asset
  • A few years of relevant working experience in transactional services, preferably in a consulting role
  • Working experience within the refractory industry or related industrial areas is an advantage
