About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Content Developer to join our team at MED-EL. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective E-Learning content for our employees, sales partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop E-Learning Content: Create high-quality E-Learning content that aligns with our corporate design guidelines and instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and subject matter experts to develop content that meets the needs of our audience.
  • Project Management: Oversee E-Learning projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Live Online Training: Organize and support live online training sessions and webinars for customers and employees, using web conferencing tools.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with the team responsible for our corporate learning platforms to maintain and manage the system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in a relevant field, such as instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in instructional design and content creation, with expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Motivated Personality: A motivated and detail-oriented personality, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
