Strategic Project Coordinator

As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for steering and managing key projects within the organization. Your role will involve tracking project progress, managing budgets, and timelines, while addressing any issues that arise. You will also assist in formulating and executing both medium- and long-term strategies for the site, ensuring they align with the overarching goals of Novartis Technical Operations (NTO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across the site.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Support the development and execution of the site’s strategic vision in line with NTO.
- Facilitate collaboration among various departments to enhance internal processes and achieve business objectives.
- Champion Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a robust network both internally and externally.
- Exemplify the cultural values of curiosity, inspiration, empowerment, and self-awareness.

Qualifications:
- A university degree is required.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector or production environment is preferred.
