Role Overview

As a Customer Portal Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in steering projects that align with our strategic business goals. Your expertise will facilitate collaboration among product owners, stakeholders, and diverse software teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with product owners and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Foster effective communication within the product team, ensuring clarity in roles and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing stakeholders with timely updates and reports.
  • Oversee product documentation, including requirements, plans, and schedules, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Uphold compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, ensuring all projects adhere to regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in an Agile and Scrum setting.
  • Strong technical acumen in web technologies, including .NET, APIs, Headless CMS, and Cloud solutions, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to promote effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risks, mitigate obstacles, and make informed decisions promptly.
  • A proactive approach to embracing change, streamlining processes, and boosting team efficiency.

Compensation

The annual gross salary starts from € 48,760.78, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
