Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering projects that enhance our customer portal, ensuring alignment with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with product owners, stakeholders, and diverse software teams to implement projects that meet organizational objectives.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the product team, establishing clear objectives and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and drive progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing stakeholders with regular updates and comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee product requirements and documentation, including project plans, timelines, and essential artifacts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, aligning with industry best practices and governance frameworks.
Your Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience as a product owner in Agile and Scrum settings.
  • Strong technical expertise in web technologies such as .NET, APIs, Headless CMS, and Cloud, with a keen focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to foster teamwork and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing risks, overcoming challenges, and making prompt decisions.
  • Willingness to adapt to change, streamline processes, and boost team efficiency.

Compensation

The annual gross salary starts from € 48,760.78, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
