We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

As a Market Development Engineer, you will join the Central Europe IP&E team in an international company with 22,000 employees. On a daily basis, you will perform Application Engineering, Sales, and Supplier Management activities. You will travel regionally to meet business partners in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our FAE teams and account managers to maximize the number of possible opportunities to close.
  • Guide the creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their great ideas & products.
  • Gather and analyze competitive information to identify new business opportunities
  • Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends
  • Deliver regular market and commercial updates to regional teams
  • Foster teamwork within the One Arrow team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Educated in Electronics
  • Experience in similar positions within the electronics industry (in sales, marketing, or product management)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
  • Can-do mindset
